CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Shopping with us is safe - guaranteed. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using secure encryption. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and are responsible for any breach of security. Credit card companies protect you the buyer: If unauthorised transactions are charged to your account you can request a refund from your credit card issuer. Also for your added security, unlike many sites, we DO NOT keep any database on our computer of your credit card details. This will result in the slight inconvenience of having to provide your details next time you shop with us.
Your credit card transaction will appear on your statement as 'Sfwork'.
CURRENCY AND VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling. For orders made from the UK or the rest of the European Union 17.5% VAT is added where applicable. Orders from all other countries are VAT free. Please note VAT only applies to CDs and audiotapes. Books are exempt from VAT.
We operate a "no quibble" returns policy: you may cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped and up to 7 working days after you receive your order. Any items to be returned should be sent, in mint condition, to us. Please contact us on +44 (0)8435 7070 145 or email email@example.com for the procedures to follow. Full refund or credit will be given - all you have to pay is the return postage. This policy does not apply to CDs from which the wrapping has been removed. In the unlikely event that you have any complaints please us as soon as possible.
Your order should normally reach you within 10 working days if you live in the UK and within 15 working days for the rest of Europe. For North America orders should arrive in between 5 and 20 working days. If for any reason your order is likely to be delayed significantly longer than this we will email you to let you know and no payment will be deducted from your card until the time that your order is ready.
BULK ORDERS AND TRADE
Discounts are available for larger orders. Please email us with your requirements and we will quote you a discounted price.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We endeavour to supply products that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We advise that you should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Please retain all documents and packaging We will replace the goods and refund any additional postage charges paid by you. If your parcel arrives damaged please state "damaged" on the form that the courier asks you to sign.
Any information that you submit to us through the ordering process is used purely as customer contact details and to complete your order. All information that we hold about you is held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.We will not share your details with any other organisation except where it is necessary to ensure delivery of the goods you have purchased from us.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
