Practitioner's group (the EDGe)

If you want to develop your solutions focus expertise within a community of skilled practitioners, The EDGe is the group for you. With regular meetings and a network of support, you have a ready-made, practical way to increase your learning and grow your professional skills.

The EDGe (which originally stood for Executive Development Group) is our own community of practitioners - people who have completed the highest level of training available with us.

In the UK, membership is included free for those who've attended SF Professional and membership offers the chance to:

• Attend three exciting topic-based Solutions Focus workshops each year
• Get significant discounts on sfwork events
  (for example save £300 on our Peter Szabo workshop in 2007)
• Work with Mark and Jenny on different angles and aspects of SF
• Develop your SF work on real-life projects and topics
• Continue to practice and learn Solutions Focus skills
• Benefit from support and encouragement from other members
• Share success stories and consulting about challenging situations
• Gain an extended reputation within the SF world

The Group is a very friendly and informal gathering. We currently meet three times a year. Each meeting features fresh discussion and work on an aspect of Solutions Focus practice, as well as plenty of time to consider projects, questions and issues raised by members on the day.
Meetings run from 10.00 - 4.30, to allow travel on the day.

As you build your skills and become a recognised expert in the SF approach, the EDGe will support, refresh and invigorate you at every stage of development. Make the most of your investment, by continuing your solutions-focused discussions and involvement at the top level.
