Co-director Mark McKergow is the co-author of the international best-seller The Solutions Focus, and has produced two other books and countless articles over the years. He is acclaimed as a lively speaker and skillful facilitator.

Co-director Jenny Clarke is co-author of books including Solutions Focus Working (with Mark) and 57 SF Activities (with Peter Roehrig). She is an experienced coach and consultant. Mark and Jenny also publish SF books as SolutionsBooks. Mark and Jenny are founder members of SFCT, the professional body for SF coaches and consultants.
